No lift, so it is tough if your room is not at ground level. And no air-conditioning, it is quite warm in August.

Very convenient location but the restaurant next to the hotel is certainly not up to the standard expected. Fortunately the hotel is near to the Centre of Salisbury and you can easily find a good restaurant for dinner there

Booked a double room but got two separate beds and two duvets ! Short staffed in the evening for restaurant. Two members of staff trying to run a busy restaurant! Very rude young lady at breakfast time, very confrontational and no manners. Breakfast was not brilliant with dried eggs.

Restaurant staffed busy inexperienced youngsters. No evidence of much needed supervision. No problems ordering, but arrival of food was snail paced. Dessert did not arrive after 25 minutes of ordering, so I went to a local M&S to get Dessert. Clearly better to get your own food from M&S than be playrf with by no Service. Disgusted!

Disappointed with the restaurant and the attitude of the staff. Had to remind them we had not ordered food, then had to remind them to bring the drinks. At that point, only brought half our drinks order out, then only brought 4 out of 6 desserts and no apology offered. We were told the "Kids Eat Free" offer didn't apply as we had not got the meal deal, despite the terms saying otherwise! Certainly not the usual Premier Inn standard. When we raised the issues with the staff, they appeared as though they couldn't care less. The following morning at breakfast was much better, and more like the usual Premier Inn service with friendly, attentive staff. The restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel. We will not be returning to this Premier Inn in the future.

This hotel really has put me off staying here again, i arrived at 15: 35 to be told room was not ready and that i would have to return back to reception 20 mins later, there was no cooked breakfast options availble due to no stock. Paid for a meal deal for three people and we only had the evening meal, food was not the best, bland and dry and waited over an hour for main mean. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking, lady at check inn was not very polite at all. The social was rather small
